RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FOR DTF PRINTS)

At Dopplestreet, every DTF print is custom-made for each order.
Because each transfer is printed individually, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not possible once the order is printed.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since DTF transfers are custom-printed, we cannot accept:

• returns

• exchanges

• size changes after printing

• replacements due to selecting the wrong size

DTF prints cannot be restocked or resold, which makes returns impossible.

2. Size Responsibility

Before placing your order, please check the size chart carefully:

• A4 (8.3 × 11.7 in)

• A3 (11.7 × 16.5 in)

• A2 (16.5 × 23.4 in)

Choosing the wrong size is the customer’s responsibility.

However, we still try to help—see section 4.

3. Order Errors Made by Us

If you receive:

• the wrong design

• the wrong size

• a damaged print

• a missing item

We will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

Proof (photo/video) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Wrong Size Ordered? We Offer Support

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer two solutions:

✔ Option 1 — Discount Coupon

Get a 10–20% OFF coupon to reorder the correct size.

✔ Option 2 — Reprint at 40% Off

Pay only 40% of the original price to get the correct size reprinted.

This helps us avoid waste and still supports you.

5. No Refunds for Customer Mistakes

We cannot issue refunds for:

• wrong size selected

• wrong design selected

• incorrect file uploaded

• faint/low resolution image supplied

• change of mind

Please double-check your upload and size selection.

6. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or not delivered due to courier issues, we will assist in raising a claim and issue a replacement if confirmed lost.
